1pkVanilla instant breakfast drink
1/2cCanned in syrup fruit, or
1/2cFruit cocktail.
1/2cHalf & half cream

A fun shake to make with a different fruity taste every time.

Drain canned fruit. Mix and blend ingredients until smooth.

Makes 1 serving, 518 calories, 13 g protein.
